This was an academic project to teach basic process of UX/UI Design.

Working on this project gave me an essential understanding of the Design Thinking process and the type of deliverables.

It aimed to showcase the importance of the research and ideation process.

In the second week, we started drafting some sketches of the main screen and ran a small usability test with 5 students to test our idea. Once we collated the feedback, we iterated to create a high-fidelity prototype.

Feature #3

Interactive Chat

Another challenging task was keeping track of every practitioner's conversation, often leading to gaps and misunderstandings.

To address this, we enabled practitioners to communicate by adding notes related to each participant, ensuring more accessible provenance and security of shared information.

This feature allows users to facilitate immediate responses and seamless conversations.

Staff Dashboard

Our next step would be designing the Jobhub Staff Dashboard, which was crucial for streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing collaboration. A well-designed dashboard would empower staff to manage resources efficiently, leading to better student support and improved overall platform functionality.

Feedback System

Students highlighted the importance of introducing a 'Review' feature, significantly enhancing user-department interaction. This addition would allow students to provide feedback, fostering better communication and continuous improvement of departmental services.
